Lotus Gifts – Return & Exchange Policy
At Lotus Gifts, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted products. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, in the rare event you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re here to assist you.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
- You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Photo or video proof of the defect/damage must be emailed to cs@lotusgifts.in for approval before the return can be processed.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Free return shipping is provided only for approved defective or damaged products.
- For all other cases, returns are not accepted.
Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged product and prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we are happy to offer an exchange (subject to stock availability).
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive the returned product for your refund to appear.
