What to do if I have received a damaged product?

Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at cs@lotusgifts.in with images of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving the order. We will check and issue you a GIFT CARD of the product amount which can be used to place your order within next 2 months.

Though If you have some concerns with regard to the product please email or call us and we will be happy to resolve it.
